• Open Excel and highlight the cells that you want to insert into your drawing.

• Make sure you don’t select the upper left corner between the row and column designators,

• Only the individual cells!

• Right-click and pick Copy from the popup list.

• Return to your drawing file in AutoCAD and from the Edit menu choose Paste Special.
